Nuestro
viaje a la nieve fue una experiencia estupenda. Estuvimos
tres días (del 19 al 21 de enero) en Alto Campoo
y nos alojamos en el refugio Tres Mares.
iOur snow trip was a great experience.
We were there for three days (19-21 January). We stayed
in “Tres Mares” refuge. The dinner was
delicious, and the people who worked in the refuge
took us to have lunch to the ski resort.
About the installations of the refuge
we can say that they were very comfortable; it had
three bedrooms (one for girls, another one for boys
and the other for the teachers) and a sitting room
(with a fireplace) that we used as a dining room.
We could play cards, bingo, and some other games there.
It also had three bathrooms, but in our opinion they
weren’t enough, because we were too many people
and when all of us were having a shower, the water
was very cold.
The first day (Tuesday) we took the
bus at 8:30, and then we went to pick up the people
from Cabezón. We were 25 students from San
Vicente and ten from Cabezón who came with
three teachers to Brañavieja. We didn’t
know where the refuge was, but finally we found it.
That day we had 3 hours of classes. When the ski resort
closed a small train took us to the refuge. Then we
had a shower and then we had dinner about 11 o’clock.
Then we went to sleep.
The second day, we got up at 8:00
and after having breakfast at 9:00 o’clock,
the train took us to the resort. The weather was worse
than the first day, but we could practise the sports.
As we thought that 3 hour of classes were a long time,
we didn’t go to the first hour. In the afternoon
we went to the snowboard park and some of the people
tried it; there were some funny falls, but neither
of us had a big injury, only one boy who sprained
his wrist. At five o´clock we went to the refuge
and enjoyed our free time.
And finally the third day, as the
second one, we got up at 8:00 and went to the ski
resort. This day we didn’t go to the classes,
we thought that this day we had to enjoy our time
there the best we could. And at the end of the afternoon
we went back home. We were very tired, but all wanted
to stay there some more days. The snow trip was fantastic.

Nuestro viaje a la nieve fue una experiencia estupenda.
Estuvimos tres días (del 19 al 21 de enero).
Nos alojamos en el refugio Tres Mares. La cena fue
deliciosa y la gente que trabajaba en el refugio nos
llevó a comer a la estación de esquí.
Sobre las instalaciones del refugio podemos decir
que eran muy cómodas; tenía tres habitaciones
(una para las chicas, otra para los chicos y la otra
para los profesores) y un salón (con chimenea)
que usábamos como comedor. Podíamos
jugar a las cartas, al bingo y a algunos otros juegos
allí. Tenían también tres baños
pero en nuestra opinión no eran bastantes porque
éramos demasiados y, cuando todos nos estábamos
duchando el agua estaba muy fría.
El primer día (martes) cogimos el autobús
a las 8:30 y fuimos a recoger a la gente de Cabezón.
Éramos 25 alumnos de San Vicente y diez de
Cabezón que venían con tres profesores
a Brañavieja. No sabíamos dónde
estaba el refugio pero al final lo encontramos. Aquel
día tuvimos tres horas de clase. Cuando la
estación de esquí cerró, un tren
pequeño nos llevó al refugio. Allí
nos duchamos y cenamos sobre las once. Después
nos fuimos a dormir.
El segundo día nos levantamos a las ocho y
después de desayunar a las nueve el tren nos
llevó a la estación. El tiempo era peor
que el del primer día, pero pudimos practicar
los diferentes deportes. Como pensábamos que
tres horas de clase era demasiado tiempo, no fuimos
a la primera hora. Por la tarde fuimos al parque de
snow y algunos lo probaron; hubo algunas caídas
graciosas pero a nadie le pasó nada grave,
solamente un chico que se torció la muñeca.
A las cinco fuimos al refugio y disfrutamos de nuestro
tiempo libre.
Y finalmente el tercer día, como el segundo,
nos levantamos a las ocho y fuimos a la estación
de esquí. Ese día no fuimos a las clases,
pensábamos que teníamos que disfrutar
de nuestro tiempo allí lo mejor que pudiéramos.
Y al final de la tarde volvimos a casa. Estábamos
muy cansados pero todos queríamos quedarnos
algunos días más. El viaje a la nieve
fue fantástico.
